Professor Hyunchul Chung joined School of Business, Hanyang University in 2006. He had previously been with Korea Telecom (KT, 1992-2003) and with Dankook University(2003-2006). He received a B.A.(1990) in Business Administration from Hanyang University, an M.B.A(1992) in International Business/Finance from George Washington University and a Ph.D. (2001) in Finance from McGill University.
Professor Chung teaches such courses as Financial Management, Investment, Corporate Finance and Corporate Valuation to undergraduate, and graduate students.
His research interest includes: the impact of liberalization in emerging markets, integration versus segmentation of world financial markets, money and capital markets, international portfolio diversification benefits and international finance.
